Terms of Service and Refund Policy

Last updated 7 September 2026. These terms govern the use of the WChannels platform and its subscriptions. By purchasing a plan or using the client portal you agree to them.

1. Who we are

WChannels is an AI-powered video marketing platform operated by Ahmad Alshami, trading as WChannels, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Ahmad Alshami is the seller of the services described here. Contact: sales@wchannels.online.

2. The service

We produce and publish short and long-form videos to your own channels according to the plan you chose, with a brand profile, a knowledge base and a client portal for script approval, video preview and enquiry measurement. The AI writes, produces and proposes; the decision to publish stays with you. We do not promise a number of leads or guaranteed results.

3. Billing and payment

Plans are sold through our payment partner Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the merchant of record. Paddle issues the invoice, which also appears in your portal. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars before tax; VAT or sales tax is added according to your country. The one-time setup fee applies to monthly billing and is waived on yearly billing.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal (the “Manage billing” link in your portal) or by writing to sales@wchannels.online. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and the service stays available until then. The current period is not refunded on cancellation.

5. Refund policy

• First campaign (14 days): if no video is published within the period for a reason on our side, the full amount is refunded.
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions: a full refund within 14 days of the first payment if no video has been published yet. Once publishing has started, the first payment is non-refundable.
• Renewals are not refunded once a period has started, unless we are unable to deliver the service during that period.
• The setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has begun.
• Refunds are processed through Paddle within 10 business days to the original payment method.

To request a refund, write to sales@wchannels.online with the invoice number.

6. Your responsibilities

You hold the rights to the material you give us (logo, texts, documents) and to the channels we publish to, and you approve every script before production. You are responsible for the accuracy of the commercial claims you approve. We do not accept misleading content or content that breaches UAE law or the platforms' policies.

7. Ownership

Videos produced for you are yours once the period in which they were produced has been paid. The platform, its code, models and templates remain the property of Ahmad Alshami, trading as WChannels.

8. Data

We handle your data as described in the privacy policy. Paddle processes payment data under its own policy.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability to you does not exceed the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not responsible for decisions of third-party platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) about your content or channels.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
